Yoga for Women’s Changing Needs at Yoga on Fremont, Bellevue PA
Women’s bodies change a number of times through-out their lives. Whether it’s hormonal, emotional, physical or spiritual ,yoga can be applied to help one move through these changes with ease. A conscientious yoga practice, can help to balance energies – physically, emotionally and spiritually .Leveling instabilities and fluctuations by activating the body’s cooling systems not just on the mat but in one’s daily life can be of great assistance.Relaxation and gentle stretching can promote better blood circulation and cell oxygenation, optimizing the endocrine system and female reproductive organs. This ongoing series is appropriate for PMS, as well as all phases of menopause. We encourage all women to develop awareness through these ongoing workshops whether or not these changes have occurred in order to develop the tools necessary to better understand a woman’s ever changing body and how to adapt to the changing variables presented. The material can be applied to one’s personal yoga practice, integrated into any yoga class as well as become a complement to any fitness practice.
