It’s no secret that a clean, wholesome diet is essential for good health and vitality. The quality of your diet ultimately supports your ability to maintain a committed yoga practice. These days, conversations and debates about the best way to attain good health are happening everywhere – leaving a lot to consider. As yogis, we know that our practice is a path requiring patience and acceptance, as we strive for the union of mind and body. The foods we choose and the practice of eating them is essentially that same path, yet most of us struggle with how to properly nourish our bodies. Join me in Sat Sangha as we consider the parallels between the yoga of food and the yoga of the Self. As I share my passion for healthy food and the Zen practice of mindful eating, we will explore the many ways you can create your own unique yogic diet. No previous yoga experience needed. Appetite required.

An R.S.V.P. is not mandatory, but is very much appreciated. Please e-mail: MsPulp@wpa.net, or call 724.493.5834
